Derrick Davis - Master Teacher
Choreographer, Hip-Hop, Jazz and Modern

Mr. Davis is a native New Yorker who attended Fiorello H. LaGuadia School of Arts and was a scholarship student with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Derrick has taught Hip-Hop, Jazz and Modern Dance in the New England area and in the Boston Public Schools for the past twelve years as well as Masters Classes throughout the United States. He has trained some of Boston’s best Hip-Hop and Jazz performers. Derrick has choreographed and performed with such artists as Nas, Eve, Kid Capri, Slick Rick, KC, JoJo and several other national and international recording artists. Derrick Davis is a member of Impulse Dance Company, Expressions of Christ and a featured artist with several other dance companies throughout the United States. We are please to have this consummate professional as a Master Teacher as he brings a fresh and positive approach to our educational organization.
